Historic East Isthmus Bike Tour

Machinery Row housed agricultural implement dealerships from 1898 until 1954.

Bring your bike, or rent one from Machinery Row Bicycles, and tour Madison’s east side including Third Lake Ridge, Orton Park, Marquette Bungalows, and rehabilitated industrial buildings.

This tour meets behind the Machinery Row building, 601 Williamson St.,  covers about six miles on city streets and Madison’s famous bike path system, and lasts about two hours. We will take a break for water and rest rooms at the Goodman Community Center.

This tour is limited to 30 bikes.

Cost: Cost:  $10 Adults,  $5 Students and seniors (60+),   FREE for MTHP members  (A basic membership is $30. Click HERE to join.)

Special arrangements: We are happy to arrange private tours as docents are available.  We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fee for the expected number of guests. The balance of the fee will be based to the actual number of guests.  Please call 441-8864 for more information.
