Historic Preservation Awards
A celebration of historic places & those who work to preserve them.
Celebrating Preservation in Madison
The Historic Preservation Awards reflect the Madison Trust's commitment to preserving the rich history and cultural identity of Madison. The award recipients have demonstrated exceptional dedication to preservation, aligning with the Madison Trust's mission to promote awareness and appreciation of local heritage.
The awards recognize the importance of community participation in preservation efforts and highlight the impact of preservation on Madison's architectural legacy. The recipients have made significant contributions to preservation, serving as a model for others to follow in preserving our city's unique heritage.

Know Someone Making a Difference in Preservation?
Help us celebrate the people, projects, and organizations making a lasting impact on our community! The Madison Trust for Historic Preservation's annual Historic Preservation Awards recognize outstanding efforts to protect, restore, and promote the historic places and cultural heritage that make our communities special.
Whether it's a thoughtfully restored historic building, a dedicated property owner, a business that supports preservation, or an individual who goes above and beyond for our local heritage, we want to hear about it!
You don't have to be a preservation expert to nominate someone. If you know of a project or person deserving of recognition, we encourage you to submit a nomination. You can even nominate your own project!
Help us shine a spotlight on the people and places making a difference. Your nomination could be the recognition they've been waiting for!
